Chiropractors provide care for patients of all ages for a wide range of conditions:

- Back, Arthritic and Neck Pain

- Migraine Headaches

- Sports Injuries

- Pain following a car accident

- Hip, knee and ankle pain

- Shoulder, elbow and wrist pain

Chiropractic is suitable for people of all ages (from young babies to pensioners) because treatment programmes are individually designed. Your past medical history, age, severity of your condition, lifestyle and underlying health issues all influence the type of treatment technique that will suit you the best.

We use a wide range of hands-on techniques (from gentle soft tissue work and joint mobilisation to manipulation) depending on your condition and preference.

You will also be advised on how to avoid irritating your condition while it is recovering and how to prevent it from coming back, once you are feeling better. Advice on specific lifestyle changes that will optimize your recovery as well as nutritional recommendations and rehabilitative exercise may also be given.

Rehabilitation is a series of exercises which are given to you in order to correct muscle imbalances and strengthen weak areas. If you continue to have muscle weakness and imbalances, this will cause you to overstress certain joints and your pain will can continue to return.

Anne Pundak MSc D.C.

I graduated in 2000 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth after 5 years full-time study with a masters degree in chiropractic I completed a further year of post-graduate study in which I gained my diploma and earning the title of Doctor of Chiropractic. I have spent the last 10 years working in various clinics in Buckinghamshire before setting up Atlas Chiropractic in The Belmore Centre in 2010. Today's lifestyles are very hectic for most people and often coupled with long periods of inactivity or poor posture which all place a toll on our spine and joints. It is my aim to educate people on the importance of maintaining a healthy spine by making them aware of what is causing their condition and how to prevent it through adapting their lifestyle.
