| Yesterday, Thursday 26th November, I visited your store in Kidlington around 10. 30 am with a view to buy a new washing machine. Found what I wanted in store, but wanted an hour to think about it. Telephoned back later that morning to confirm my purchase and paid with a debit card over the telephone. The washing machine was delivered about 4. 30 pm the same day.
